Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder

Summer time has arrived and for all of you couples out there, this split from college to your opposite hometowns can be tough. College allows for endless time to be together but when the four months of summer arrives couples begin to feel a little anxious.

You have nothing to worry about. If you both are completely emotionally invested in your relationship there is no reason that some time apart can’t become beneficial for you two.  Distance allows for your feelings and desires to grow causing you to treasure your time together. Also time apart is the strongest way to build trust; if you can survive your time apart, once your finally together again you’ll know you’re meant to be. 

The distance is a great opportunity to focus on you. Whether it is spending time with family, catching up with friends, or focusing on your career- now is the time. Sometimes when spending so much time with a significant other you tend to lose sight of your independence and other things that are important to you. You now have a chance to get on track while still knowing you have a special someone that cares about you.

It’s That Time of Year Again

Apparently Facebook is telling us that if you’re in a relationship, you’ll break up before the summertime. Perhaps this is due to the hot weather, minimal clothing and steady booze, can’t hate that idea!

Finals, done. Graduation, over. Summer, here!

Sorry for the delay all you CampusCrush addicts, we’re not gone, we were taking a breather. Back to the flirting, the hurting, and obviously, the dirty.

The season of lust has now arrived, summer loving from now till August. It’s time to say so long to the sparks with on campus crushes and rekindle old flames with home town lovers.

Shed a tear for the friends you will miss and the boys you won’t get to kiss. School is done, but here comes the fun. Look forward to the night’s you’ll regret (that you’ll most likely forget) and the days soaking in rays, and of course getting laid.
